Here at Travis Dean Photography we offer affordable wedding photography that focuses on documenting your unique story. Our approach is to capture every significant moment as it unfolds, highlighting the glamor, emotion, and celebration that make your wedding day truly special. By blending artistic vision with attention to detail, we ensure that the memories from your big day are preserved beautifully and authentically.
Simple and Transparent Pricing
We offer a simple and transparent flat-rate for all of our wedding day packages. This flat-rate concept allows for uninterrupted and stress-free coverage of your day! This flat-fee covers all services listed. We do not believe in travel or surprise fees!
Once booked, we will work together and develop a timeline based on the unique factors of your wedding day. All wedding day coverage starts at our agreed time and concludes when the last reception event ends. No rushing! No need to buy more extra hours to ensure coverage.

This package is the best value and documents your wedding day, from hair and make-up to the last reception event. This package also includes an engagement session w/Save The Date cards (or print credit with thank you cards).

This package is great for those who do desire wedding coverage without hair and make-up.

Additional Details

​​​​​​Delivered Images​
** All images delivered to the client are picked at the discretion of the photographer.
-The number of storytelling images delivered will vary. In 2025 we delivered 300 for a small wedding to over a 1,000 for a large wedding.
- Any image delivered to the client's online album are theirs to keep.

Time Coverage
-Coverage begins when photographer arrives at agreed upon time, at venue.
-Coverage ends after the last reception event is complete.
-Flat-fee based coverage means no rushing to beat the clock.
​
​Package Price
-Iowa sales and local option sales tax will be added to the package price, where applicable.
-Balance is due 10 business days prior to the date of the event.
-Remaining balances can be paid in a lump sum or over a period of time at the Client's discretion until the 11th business day prior to the wedding date.

​​Retainer Fee
-To reserve services for your wedding package and date a retainer fee of $450.00 is required at booking. This retainer will be applied to the package price.
​
​Travel Fees and Service Area
-Travel outside of the service area will be assessed a travel fee and require the purchase of the All-Day package.
-The service area is defined as the land and water area within the state of Iowa extending out 25 additional miles.
